- 07To maintain a comfortable and professional environment for all clients and businesses within our shared studio space, we kindly ask that you arrive alone for your appointment.The only exception is for clients under the age of 16, who may be accompanied by one adult.No additional guests or children are permitted. No exceptions.
- 08We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and plans can change. As a small appointment-based business, your scheduled time is reserved specifically for you.Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to 50% of the total service price. Your deposit will be applied toward this amount, and you will only be charged the remaining amount needed to equal 50%.Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to 100% of the total service price. Your deposit will be applied toward this amount, and the remaining balance will be charged.No-shows are subject to 100% of the total service price and will be prohibited from booking future appointments.All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.
- 09Congratulations! 🤍 To begin the bridal booking process, all brides are required to book a Bridal Trial first. This allows us to perfect your desired look and make sure everything is just right before your wedding day.Following your trial, we’ll move forward with the official bridal booking process, which includes your bridal contract and invoice.To officially secure your wedding date, 50% of your bridal service total is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due the day before your wedding.All bridal booking details, policies, and payment terms will also be outlined in your contract.Please note: A Bridal Trial is required in order to book bridal services.
- 10I offer select hairstyling services, primarily including curls, updos, buns, simple ponytails, and select braided styles.I do not offer wash or blow-dry services, wig installs, sew-ins, clip-in extension installation, Barbie ponytails, or similar extension-based styles. All hair appointments require you to arrive with your hair clean, washed, and fully blow-dried prior to your appointment.If you’re unsure whether I can accommodate your desired hairstyle, please email esthersglamour@gmail.com before booking and include a clear inspiration photo of the style you’re interested in. I’ll be happy to let you know whether it’s a service I can provide.
- 11For regular appointments, my booking calendar opens on a rolling 30-day basis, meaning new dates become available as they fall within the next 30 days.For weddings, large groups, and travel bookings, appointments may be reserved up to one year in advance. These bookings require a contract and applicable payment to officially secure your date.For the best availability, I recommend booking as soon as your desired date becomes available.
- 12Yes! Same-day appointments may be available depending on my schedule. Online booking closes 24 hours prior to an appointment time, so same-day appointments cannot be booked directly through the website.For same-day availability, please email esthersglamour@gmail.com or text 617-991-7411 with the service and time you’re interested in. I will follow up with you to confirm whether I’m able to accommodate your appointment.Please note that a $25 same-day booking fee will be added to all same-day appointments.
- 13No. All services are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted.If you’re looking for an appointment on the same day, please contact me directly to check availability. If I’m able to accommodate you, an appointment will be scheduled and confirmed prior to your arrival. A $25 same-day booking fee will apply.
- 14Yes! Appointments outside of my regular business hours may be available upon request. If I’m available to accommodate your requested time, a $40 after-hours fee will apply.To inquire, please email esthersglamour@gmail.com with your desired date, time, and service(s), and I’ll let you know if I’m available.
- 15Yes! Complimentary parking is available on the right side of the building. Turn into the driveway and continue into the parking area. You may park in any available space, except for the parking space directly beside the building once you enter the lot.All other available parking spaces may be used.
- 16Service changes may be accommodated depending on my availability and schedule for that day. If time allows, I may be able to adjust or upgrade your service, and you will simply be responsible for any difference in price.Please keep in mind that service changes are not guaranteed, as appointments are scheduled based on the time allotted for the service originally booked.
- 17Soft Glam is a softer, more natural-looking glam that enhances your features while still giving you a polished, flawless finish. This typically includes neutral or softer eyeshadow, a more natural complexion, and your choice of a nude or subtle lip.Full Glam is for those wanting a more dramatic, defined look. This may include bolder eyeshadow, cut creases, glitter or shimmer, more defined contouring, and/or a bold lip.Both services include full skin preparation, complexion makeup, lashes, and a completed makeup look. If you’re unsure which service best matches the look you want, feel free to send an inspiration photo before booking and I’ll be happy to guide you.
- 18Once you arrive, please park and text or call 617-991-7411 to let me know you’re here. I will respond and open the door for you as soon as I’m ready to welcome you in.Please send one text or call and wait for my response, as I may still be finishing up with another client or preparing for your appointment.
