• No extra people allowed.

•  All deposits are Non-refundable/ Non-transferable ​

• Every appointment has a 10 min grace period, after 10 min you will be charged a $20 fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, I may no longer be able to service you.

• All No shows and cancellations made under 24 hr notice will be charged 100% of remaining balance. Any cancellations under 48 hrs will be charged 50% of remaining balance. Please cancel before 48 hrs to avoid any of these fees!​​​

• Confirmation emails are sent out the moment you book with any information needed regarding your total,service date and time and location , we also send out reminder emails and texts as well 24 hours before your appointment. (If email can't be found please look in spam folder for "Esther's Glamour".
